We call shock resistance pressure gauge oil filled pressure gauge, why does shock resistance pressure gauge need fill with oil?
The movement and pointer inside the shockproof pressure gauge are immersed in silicone oil or glycerin, which can effectively lubricate the transmission components, reduce the swing of the pointer in a vibrating environment, reduce the wear of mechanical parts, and make the instrument more accurate and durable.
The shock-resistant pressure gauge is immersed in oil, will generate a slight pressure, and the deviation below 0.1Mpa is obvious. If the pointer does not return to zero, the top rubber plug can be pulled out to make the shock resistant manometer interlinked with the inside and outside, and then return to zero.
So if you want gauges to used in vibration situation, It is good for you to choose the oil filled pressure gauge.
