1. Product warranty service

You can enjoy free warranty service for the whole machine withinone yearfrom the date of sale. For cases where the free warranty service is not met, our company provides paid technical service and repair service for the life of the product.

The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty:

Damage caused by human factors, or used in abnormal working environment, and failure or damage caused by operation not in accordance with the instructions.

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification of products, etc.

Damage caused by other force majeure (such as natural disasters).

Not belonging to our company's products (such as counterfeit products).

2. Calibration Report Service

We can provide calibration report with detailed measurement and calibration date from our own inspection laboratory for free or official calibration report in low cost from Official Metrology Bureau, If you need it. 3. E-business Service

We supply free catalog download and sending, free pic download and send, free using instruction download and sending, Our goal is to provide 24/7 support of a fully-automated process during the E-business document exchange. 4. Sample service

We provide sample testing for all of our products, if the product amount, lower than 10USD, We are very willing to send you free sample, need any sample, pls kindly send specification list to sales@manoinstrument.com

For digital pressure gauge, or sample orders for pressure gauge, we can provide products to you within one week.
