Our company's digital pressure gauges, especially for high accuracy ones, will do high and low temperature test and with temperature compensation.
Why do we need "temperature compensation": With other conditions unchanged, the measurement results displayed by the pressure gauge will be affected by the ambient temperature. To reduce this effect, we use certain algorithms to correct the output results, eliminate the impact of temperature changes on output results within a certain range, try to keep the measurement results within the instrument tolerance as much as possible.
Without temperature compensation, the pressure gauge can only guarantee accuracy under standard temperature conditions, there is a certain error in the measured value outside the temperature range. In actual calibration work, the temperature on site may not be controllable, digital pressure gauges with temperature compensation can better adapt to a variety of environments.
