Before using a shock-resistant pressure gauge, please read the installation instructions carefully, install and debug as required.
Before debugging, make sure the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero. Then, compare the pressure value measured by the shock-resistant pressure gauge with the indication of the standard pressure gauge, to check its accuracy.
If the shock-resistant pressure gauge is found to have errors, adjustment is required. Generally speaking, just follow the calibration method of an ordinary pressure gauge. By adjusting the zero adjustment screw or adjusting rod of the pressure gauge, make the pressure gauge pointer point to zero or standard value.
In addition, by exposing the pressure gauge to vibrations, or perform final testing and calibration with simulated vibration equipment. Ensure that the shock-resistant pressure gauge can work normally in the actual vibration environment, and can accurately read the pressure value.
