Electric contact pressure gauge is a pressure control instrument widely used in various industries, it is composed of measuring system, indicating system, casing, electric contact device, adjusting device, junction box, etc.

Working principle:

The bourdon tube in the measurement system under the action of the measured pressure will elastically deform the end of the bourdon tube, and it will be transmitted through the gear transmission mechanism of the movement through the connecting rod and amplified, and the measured pressure value will be gradually measured by the indicator system (together with the contacts), and displayed on the instrument dial. At the same time, when it is in contact with the electric contact (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer, the circuit in the control system can be disconnected or connected to achieve the purpose of automatic control and signaling alarm.

For electrical contact pressure gauge, what are the common reasons if the upper and lower limit contacts do not work?
