In practical applications, eliminate possible quality problems with the stainless steel pressure gauge itself, improper use will accelerate the damage of the instrument. Therefore, we should try to avoid these situations:

 

1. During the measurement process using a stainless steel pressure gauge, the instrument pointer fluctuates violently due to medium fluctuations, excessive vibration, etc., which can easily cause problems such as damage to the movement. Specific manifestations include: loose fastening position, loose pointer, severe wear, etc.

 

2. In an improper working environment, there are gases that are corrosive to stainless steel 316, 316L and 304, which may cause the spring tube and movement to be corroded, making the stainless steel pressure gauge sensing mechanism unable to operate flexibly or the instrument dial color to fall off and fade, resulting in difficulty reading.

 

3.If the stainless steel pressure gauge is affected by a large amount of high-temperature steam and other media for a long time, the material properties of the spring tube inside the stainless steel pressure gauge will change and the measurement performance will decrease. The high temperature will also accelerate the oxidation and rust of the materials. Care should also be taken to avoid man-made damage such as collisions.
