1. Case material

2. Thread size

Regarding the thread size of the pressure gauge connector, Different habits have different expressions.

Commonly used British standard G and American standard NPT thread specifications are 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2, 3/8 is relatively rare. M is commonly used in Russian market to indicate thread specifications, such as M10*1, M12*1.5, M14*1.5, and M20*1.5.

Pressure gauge threads with a diameter of 40mm are commonly used G1/8, NPT1/8 and M10*1.

Pressure gauge threads with diameters of 50mm and 63mm are commonly used G1/4, NPT1/4, M12*1.5, and M14*1.5.

3. Accuracy level

The default accuracy grade of pressure gauges with diameters of 40mm, 50mm and 63mm is ±2.5%. Among them, 63mm diameter can also be made with ±1.5% accuracy.

The default accuracy of 100mm and 150mm diameter pressure gauges is ±1.5%. It can also achieve ±1.0% accuracy according to requirements. Usually, the higher the accuracy requirements, the larger the corresponding dial diameter required.
