1. Before installing the pressure gauge, it is necessary to carefully check whether the instrument meets the usage requirements. The pressure gauge should be installed vertically, the inclination is generally ≤30°, and try to keep it at the same level as the measurement point, so as not to affect the accuracy of the indication value.
2. After the pressure gauge is installed, without pressure, observe whether the pointer returns to zero, if it is not reset to zero, it should not be used.
3. When using, open the valve slowly, allow the pressure to slowly rise to working pressure. If the pressure always rises rapidly, the pressure gauge has been impacted for a long time, it will cause the pointer and spring tube components in the pressure gauge to be deformed and damaged, thereby losing its functionality.
4. After use, the pressure should be relieved slowly, prevent the pointer from suddenly falling back and hitting the zero pin. If things go on like this, it will cause the pointer to bend or even break.
5. Instruments must be calibrated or repaired according to regulations.
