When the pressure gauge is in use, A glitch may occur: Remove the pressure gauge and test it at other pressure measuring equipment or calibration platforms. No matter whether the pressure is increased or decreased, the pointer of the pressure gauge never moves.

This can eliminate the possibility of clogging of the pressure gauge connecting parts. It is necessary to disassemble the pressure gauge and check whether its internal parts have fallen off:

1) The pointer screw is loose and falls off;

2) The connecting rod screws are loose and fall off;

3) The pressure amplification structure is broken, etc.

What is the reason why the internal parts of the pressure gauge fall off? It may be that general pressure gauges are used in environments with pipeline vibration. Long-term vibration will cause the screws inside the pressure gauge to loosen and fall off, and components to be damaged.

Therefore, at test points with larger vibrations, A shock-resistant pressure gauge should be installed, And the pressure gauge must be calibrated and tested regularly. If there is looseness or damage, It should be corrected in time to avoid leaving safety hazards.
